HI I'M SYD, NICE TO MEET YOU

I’ve been a very active person my entire life, but I didn’t get into lifting until the beginning of 2022 when I decided I wanted a nice ass. That small goal quickly turned into 6 days a week in the gym, the word ‘protein’ having a whole new meaning, and spending all my money on gym clothes. After about a year and a half of lifting, I was working out with a friend and guiding her through a chest workout. I realized how fun it was teaching people new movements and hearing them say “Ohh yeah I feel it now!”.

My goal is to help you fall in love with lifting like I did. Making the gym a routine part of your week will change your life, and it's even better when you truly enjoy what you're doing. Let me help you transform your life and mindset, and help you get hotter with age!

MY OWN BEST CASE STUDY 

Working out has always been a huge part of my life ever since I was a child. My parents have always been very active people, along with my siblings and the friends hungout with. I began my lifting journey in 2022 with the goal to gain muscle and build strength. Overtime, I’ve fallen in love with the process and the progress I’ve made. It’s so crazy to think how much has changed since I first started. I used to be intimidated by the weight room and all of the people in it. My fear of doing something wrong or looking like a “beginner” was a huge mental hurdle I had to get over. It’s also something I know a lot of people can relate to. 

My goal is to help women build confidence and become the best versions of themselves that they possibly can. Everyone, like myself, was a beginner at one point. If you’re thinking about starting, JUST DO IT!! The time will pass anyway!
